Phoebe brings CFG’s events to life, combining her expertise in policy communications, state protocol, and event management to create impactful platforms for ideas and engagement.
Phoebe is CFG’s Events Manager, a former-diplomat-turned-events-aficionado.
During her previous foreign service career, she became an expert in state protocol, a field she describes as “very serious events work with a lot more pomp and circumstance”. She’s organised countless visits and events for Heads of State, Heads of Government and other dignitaries, and has previously served diplomatic postings in Taipei and Brussels.
Now part of the Communications & Public Affairs team, Phoebe delivers policy communications work through events, by making sure CFG’s events serve as platforms to convey key messages, engage stakeholders and communicate ideas.
Phoebe holds a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences, with a focus on digital media and society, from KU Leuven in Belgium, and a Bachelor’s in Social Sciences from Singapore.
