Eva focuses on international AI policy and regulation, with a special interest in international coordination for governing the most powerful AI systems. Her research interests include the international governance of advanced AI systems, hardware, and AI risk management policies and regulation.

At CFG, Eva is focusing on international AI policy and regulation. Previously, she researched national innovation systems at the University College London (UCL), and wrote about European tech policy as a Policy Fellow at the Center for Data Innovation.

Eva has also worked on strategic foresight for policymaking with the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), and on emerging tech and trade policy at the Federation of German Industries.

Eva holds a Master of Public Administration in Policy and Innovation from UCL, and degrees in mechanical engineering and China studies.
