Anneleen ensures CFG is a workplace where everyone feels safe, valued, and fulfilled. She enjoys connecting with colleagues individually and designing authentic, innovative HR practices.
Anneleen is a historian by degree, she tumbled on Human Resources by chance. It drew her attention as she’s naturally interested in the diversity and challenges that people bring.
20 years after that choice, she still believes HR is the best way she can contribute to making the world a better place. Principles she holds dear in her work are: fairness, transparancy and thoroughness.
In the past, she worked for different companies, ranging from logistics to healthcare and IT consultancy. This is the first time she works at a start-up which provides her with plenty of opportunity to come up with innovative and authentic HR services.
